Chinese sizzling in Dundee

Food was amazing, portions are mammoth, freshness you can really taste. Lisa was our server and it was honestly the best service I’ve ever received in any restaurant. Very efficient and sweet. Hostess was kind and brought our drinks before hand, Lisa arrived immediately after and offered assistance with the expansive menu. They really have lots of knowledge of their food. The other server, a kind young Chinese man came by and cleared some dishes and talked for a minute. All and all was a very successful visit and we will be back many times over. Thank you.

Amazing food! My sister and I had the sesame chicken and it was delicious! My only complaint would be that the portion size was so big I couldn't finish it all. But that's okay! More good food to take home.

I am from out of town where the Chinese food is not very good. Found Chinese Sizzling on Google maps. Very close to the hotel. I ordered chicken lo mein and chicken fried rice. The portions were huge and excellent flavor. Would definitely return if I am in the area.

We visited this restaurant several years ago while staying with my mother-in-law. Since our previous trip had been positive, we decided to eat there again. The service remained good but the food quality had diminished some. My seafood delight had a virtually tasteless sauce and the scallops were small and disappointing. My huband's chicken with broccoli had a somewhat better taste but it was nothing thrilling. The fried rice was overcooked and very dry. It's decent Chinese food at a reasonable price but leaves something to be desired.

This spot is nice and spacious, the food was delightful and the prices were very reasonable. fast, efficient service and very attentive staff members. I highly recommend this place.

The service was great; i didn't get the waiter's name but he was very attentive, polite, and respectful. The food was delicious and a reasonable portion for a good price. i had general tso's chicken which comes with an egg roll and soup of choice...i asked the waiter what his favorite soup was and he said egg drop, so i had it and it was phenomenal. Top notch American Chinese food, A++ Thank you!

Was in for dinner on a Friday night. Wait was reasonable and told me that it must be great food. Service was top notch, portions were huge, dishes were fresh and hot. Our server Lisa informed us that everything is made to order, even the sauces. My father is diabetic and needed no sugar so they conveniently left out the sugar in his Happy Family. Definitely will be back again. It was terrific!!!

Chinese sizzling is always a good place to eat! Portions are so big we ask for to-go containers right away. Small restaurant and usually always busy. Clean, delicious, with friendly servers.

Service is wonderful. The courses are properly spaced so one can enjoy the entire meal without being rushed. Good food; but somehow lacks that real delicious flavor. Generous portions. My only real complaint might be the Szechuan sauce. Had both the chicken and the beef, and the meat was great quality, and there were plenty of vegetables, but the sauce tasted too much like gravy. I've had this happen at other Chinese restaurants in the past. And when the sauce is too viscous and has a gravy like taste, it really ruins any Szechuan dish. Also, the sauce lacked that Szechuan flavor.

Pretty good. They are always nice and on time with our takeout orders. The food is very good I always enjoy it! The portions our huge my family and I usually don’t finish them!! Very good service and food!!

The food has always been on point and delicious. The wait staff is typically pretty friendly...my children are very well behaved but I have an almost 3 yr old who likes to wander a bit...as we were getting ready to go she wandered off a little NOT far from us and one waitress crossed a couple lines in my opinion telling my child what to do VS asking me or my spouse as a parent what WE would like done. Im sure intentions were good but unappreciated when it comes to parenting. Not a big deal...but besides that....pleased with our sit down visit. :) n the male waiter we had was fantastic, accommodating, and very sweet. ! :)

This place is fantastic! I eat here at least two times a month. The staff are very friendly and pleasant. They should however, consider making their food just a little less delicious because I’m starting to get fat.

Really good food.

I celebrated my birthday today in this gorgeous place. Well we enjoyed a phenomenal evening and the restaurant was certainly one of the reasons for this strong evening. The waiters helped in a very nice manner, the food was yummy and my friends were extremely overjoyed. We shall definitely return for more events. Thank you very much.

I've eaten there twice now. Wasn't thrilled the first time and neither was my companion. I tried it again recently and wasn't impressed either. I don't like seafood with a real fishy taste. It was nothing to rave about.

Great tasting food. Large portions where we always get a box to go. They offer free rice to add to your box if you want it. Very friendly staff, even under the new owners. From what we could tell nothing changed since being sold 2 months ago. Photos: egg drop soup with a bowl of crackers, wonton soup, sweet and sour chicken with refied rice and General Tso chicken with refried rice.

Best Chinese food around. Love the Crab Rangoon. My husband and I each tried something new today and we may both have new favorite meals. One plate of anything easily feeds two. Love this place.

I travel all over the US and have food delivered routinely...not only was the food excellent, the customer service and presentation was great. All food was packaged with care, appropriate utensils included and a smiling face delivered it. Excellent experience.

I'm local and love this place. A friend from Monroe recommended Sizzling and honestly I think they have the best Chinese food around. I get orders to go most of the time but also get table service every once in a while. Everytime the food is so fresh and hot. They make everything to order and it shows. Highly recommend this place, it's really a gem in Dundee. The staff is always the nicest and very good service.

First time here, Chinese restaurants can be hit or miss and this one was definitely a hit! Tyler our waiter was very attentive and courteous. The soup and egg roll was delicious. The portions are huge, I had the Boneless Almond Chicken which was very tasty. The chicken meat was cooked perfectly and the breading was just the right amount. Prices were very reasonable as well!
